Andrea Migliore

President & Founder

RElabs is chaired by Andrea Migliore, president and owner of REinventi, a lawyer who has been operating in the Real Estate sector for 25 years. He has been a member of the board of directors of several companies operating in the real estate services sector (activities; properties). He is currently a member of the Board of Arbitrators and vice-president of the committee for the technical management and real estate services of Assoimmobiliare, an association of the real estate sector belonging to Confindustria.

Massimo Morbiato

CEO & Founder

The CEO of the newco is Massimo Morbiato, CEO and founder of EZ Lab, an innovative SME with offices in Italy, Silicon Valley and France, specializing in advanced digital solutions in the agricultural, food and textile industries. It is currently the only Italian company to have achieved break-even with only blockchain projects and is among the market leaders in the sector in Italy and Europe in terms of turnover

Francesco Fiore

Business Development Director

The director of business development is Francesco Fiore. Francesco has many years of experience in setting up technology companies and new business units in the green economy, digital and fintech sectors. He was founder and CEO of a fintech startup, Circuito Venetex, which he followed from the initial fundraising in 2016 until the successful outcome in 2019. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Department of Economics of the Cà Foscari University of Venice.

The blockchain in the real estate and construction sector is destined to revolutionize business models and disintermediate many processes, reducing management costs, increasing transparency and traceability of the history of the property and allowing new digital marketing methods for real estate activities.
