RElabs – Blockchain for Real Estate, the first company in Italy specialized in the development of digital platforms and blockchain-based business models for the Real Estate and construction sector.

and immutable, at very low costs and can for example find application in the digitization of the
property file.
Blockchain allows you to digitize any type of purchase, management, construction and
subcontracting contract, being able to register and verify the contractual conditions even during
construction.
This makes contractual relations safer and more efficient, reduces costs and
minimizes the use of intermediaries.
Blockchain is the enabling technology of the so-called Internet of Value, which allows any type of
asset, including real estate, to be digitized (colloquially ‘tokenized’, tokens are the equivalent of
‘digital tokens’).
The tokenization of a property facilitates the transfer of ownership, lowers costs and makes way for
business models that can make real estate assets more liquid.
We support real estate operators in the introduction of new business models that Blockchain technology allows in the real estate and construction sector.
We develop specific blockchain-based technology solutions for the Real Estate and construction
sector: platforms, applications and dApps (decentralized apps).
